Job Title Junior/Senior Landscape Architect
Job Description
Junior Landscape Architect candidates, minimum requirement is:
1. Bachelors in Landscape Architecture or closely related field required, Masters in Landscape Architecture preferred;
2. Strong project concept and schematic design ability, strong design and planning skills;
3. Work experience with landscape institute, or winner of design contest is preferred.
Senior Landscape Architect candidates (7 years experiences or above), minimum requirement is:
1. Bachelor or above degree in Landscape Architecture or closely related field preferred;
2. Independent project concept and schematic ability, strong design and planning skills;
3. At least 3 years experience of large landscape projects, with reputable results is preferred ;
4. Leadership skills and project management experience is preferred.
Job Description:
1. In charge of conceptual and schematic design of large real estate landscape and layout project;
2. Give project and landscape design presentations effectively;
3. Attend client and project meetings;
4. Coordinate with relevant parties such as architects, clients, and contractors;
5. Preparation of landscape construction drawings and plans;
6. Senior candidates will be required to manage a design team.

Language Skills Required Good English, a little Chinese
