Job Description Functions :
Strong background and experience in Landscaping Design and Design Management in large Resorts projects.
Monitor and supervise hard and soft Landscape Consultants developing Concept and Schematics design, and preparing construction documents, specifications and tender packages.
Review and comment on contractor submissions, which include shop drawings programs and sample materials.
Assist in value engineering of consultant’s design and source of alternative suppliers
Requirements :
Familiar with the specification of landscaping materials and installation details. Experience in Macau is a plus.
Diploma of Landscaping preferably with > 10 years’ experience in Resort or Theme Park projects.
Capable in preparing sketches, perspective and details; able to use AutoCAD.
Knowledge in basic computer program such as MS Office.
Excellent communication skills and strong personality.
Proficiency in English and Cantonese. Proficiency in Mandarin, is a plus
Responsible, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
